Arras People, the project management recruitment specialists, questioned 1,200 permanent and contract Programme and Project Management Professionals during January 2009 in order to pull together this year’s Project Management Benchmark Report.
The report, the fourth annual snapshot from Arras People, gives an insight into;
- How the economic downturn is affecting project managers’ earnings, aspirations and professional life
- Professional status for project Professionals
- PMO and P3O
- Remuneration trends 2006-2008
As ever it has been great fun pulling together this annual survey of the project management profession in the UK. This years data has been a useful addition to the unparalleled repository of information which we have collected in previous years and gives a valuable insight into trends happening in this marketplace.
Whilst the current market is tough and people are anticipating a reduction in opportunities and even earnings, it is fascinating to see that the community remains upbeat about what they can contribute to the UK economy.
The full version of the report can be downloaded from the Arras People Website.
P3O® is a Registered Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries
